Former Chelsea’s Head Coach, Enzo Maresca, has been unveiled as Manchester City’s new manager, succeeding Pep Guardiola at the Etihad Stadium.

Maresca reportedly signed three-year-deal with the Cityzens, marking the beginning of a new era without Guardiola.

The Italian coach had last season made a shocking exit from Chelsea barely two years after joining the Blues.

He won the UEFA Europa Conference League and the FIFA Club World Club for the London outfit before announcing his exit.

While some fans had tied his departure to the abysmal performance in his last five games in charge of the club, many speculated possible offers from Man City as reason behind his resignation from the Chelsea job.

The speculation proved to be true as the Italian was announced as the new Man City manager shortly after Guardiola’s departure.
