Lagos residents have again been thrown into panic as a four-storey building under comstruction collapsed on Saturday with many feared dead.

The incident reportedly occurred in the Lekki area of Lagos.

Video making the rounds online captured the disturbing moment the building collapsed.

Residents and construction workers who witnessed the incident could be scampering for safety as cloud of dust engulfed the air.

The cause of the incident however remain largely unknown as no official statement has been issued to confirm the development.
