The Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) Ekiti governorship candidate in the ongoing 2026 Ekiti gubernatorial election, Oluwole Oluyede, has emerged winner of the election at his polling unit.
Oluyede recorded victory at the Osagburu HallPU006, Ugele/Aroku Ward 3 at Ikere Local Government Area of the state.
As seen in the election result uploaded on the iREV portal, the PDP candidate won the poll with 113 votes.
The incumbent governor and the All Progressives Congress (APC), Biodun Oyebanji, on the other hand, recorded 84 votes.
Securing the remaining two votes from the 199 total valid vote cast was the African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate, Dare Bejide.
However, the general results as observed by NPO Reports revealed that APC is currently leading across the state.
