Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has announced a new restriction on the movement of commercial motorcycle operators, popularly known as Okada riders, across the state. Under the directive, commercial motorcycles will no longer be allowed to operate between 10:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.
The governor disclosed the decision as part of broader efforts to strengthen security and improve public safety across Oyo State.
