Despite being shunned by her baby daddy, with whom she recently reconciled, Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh is celebrating herself on Mother’s Day.
Taking to her Instagram page to share photos and clips of her Mother’s day treat, she described a mother’s love as one of Heaven’s purest reflections, nurturing, powerful and unwavering.
She stated that she is celebrating the hearts that carry families in prayer and love.

On Mother’s Day, Churchill had shunned his mother and celebrated his wife, Rosy Meurer. The philanthropist appreciated her for being an amazing mother and an incredible woman. He expressed gratitude for her love and strength.
On Mother’s Day in March, Dikeh shared a clip of herself and her dog, appreciating her ex for making her a mother. Tonto said being a mother is the most beautiful part of her story and prayed for blessings on her ex. She also sent wishes to Churchill’s mother.
Reacting to the criticisms she received, Dikeh noted how Churchill is the only man who made her a mother. She noted that the world is truly a sick place and expressed gratitude that she doesn’t let opinions direct her. Tonto admonished critics not to thank the father of their kids.
Recall that in January Dikeh shocked many when she extended an olive branch to her ex-husband, Churchill. She revealed that after ten years of public battles, deep wounds, broken communication, bitterness, and pain, God stepped in.
Breaking his silence, Churchill said he was pleasantly surprised when he received a call from his son, King Andre, for the first time. Churchill said hearing him call “Daddy” was deeply touching and a reminder that what God can’t do doesn’t exist. The businessman expressed gratitude to Tonto, calling her the amazing mother of his son for doing a good job.
Refreshing your memory, Tonto got married to Churchill in 2015, but like most marriages, it ended after two years.
In February, the former couple had celebrated their son as he turned 10. They threw their son a big bash which had in attendance Obi Cubana, Zack Peju, Rita Edochie, Uche Elendu, Empress Njamah, singer Teni, and others.
At the party, the movie star had appreciated Churchill for being an amazing father as she affirmed her godly love for him. She said she wishes him the best and prays for his family, his businesses, and his other children.
