Amid her marital issues, Nollywood actress Rosy Meurer is channelling her energy into new things.
The light-skinned actress, via her Instagram page, shared photos of herself with the High Commissioner of The Gambia to Nigeria, H.E. Mohamadu Musa Njie.
Rosy said she is focused on building impactful partnerships to elevate arts, culture, and creative collaboration between the two countries. She expressed excitement at the new partnerships.
“A productive and insightful meeting with H.E. Mohamadou Musa Njie, High Commissioner of The Gambia to Nigeria, focused on building impactful partnerships to elevate arts, culture, and creative collaboration between our nations.
I am excited about new partnerships and strengthening existing ones”.
A few days ago, Olakunle Churchill, said that there is no basis for Rosy to file for notice on the hearing for the dissolution of their marriage as they were never legally married. He also dismissed the notion that Rosy stood by him while his ex-wife, actress, Tonto Dikeh, dragged him online while he fought for the custody of their son, King Andre. He noted how anyone else could have stood by him if Rosy weren’t in his life.
Last week, Kemi Filani noticed that the couple had unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Blogger, Linda Ikeji claimed that Rosy had filed for dissolution of marriage to Churchill.
Confirming the news, Churchill, shared a cryptic post about prioritising his kids above anyone. He vowed to pick his kids over anyone or anything.
In a previous post, he had shared a video of his first daughter and his son with Tonto Dikeh enjoying sibling time together in Abuja. Churchill expressed pride in watching them love each other the way they do, with a connection that feels natural and effortless.
Speaking out, Rosy shared a video reintroducing herself without her wedding ring or her husband’s name. She apologised to her fans for keeping them in the dark and for her absence, noting that time can either make or break one; however, it built her, and now she is back and ready.
The couple married in 2022 after his failed marriage to Tonto Dikeh, and they have two children, a boy and a girl.
