Nollywood actor Lateef Adedimeji has shared a cute video of his wife, Mo Bimpe, begging him to promote her new movie.
In the adorable clip, the comic actor noted that his wife loves money, but Bimpe disagreed, saying she only wants to make money so she can’t help her husband raise the kids.
According to the mum of three, their triplets are food lovers, so they need more income in the household to keep feeding them.
“I want to assist you, our triplets can eat for Africa. I want to drop a movie so that money will come and we can support you”.
This woman too like money.
Anyways, Iya ETA @mo_bimpe just dropped a beautiful comedy movie, ONE KOBO, on her YouTube channel, MobimpeTv.
Have you seen it? Watch and laugh your worries away.
You’ll love this one, just like IYAWO Alhaji”.
During Femi Adebayo’s visit to Lateef and Bimpe, Lateef jokingly said he still wants more kids, but Bimpe shut it down, saying she’s stopping at four and wants a girl child.
Kemi Filani reported days ago, that the comic actor has returned to work. He was seen on a movie set as his colleagues teased him, noting his quick return to work and the financial responsibility on him with three kids to cater for.
It is no longer news that on Friday the couple had announced the birth of their triplet boys. Lateef shared a video of Bimpe holding their ultrasound, saying that God had given him more than he had prayed for, as his wife is now a mother of three boys.
On Thursday the couple held a low-key naming ceremony at their residence in Lekki, Lagos. The couple kept things low-key and invited only close friends and family. Spotted at the ceremony were Jide Awobona, Ibrahim Yekini ‘Itele’ and his wife, and Omowunmi Dada.
At the ceremony, Lateef and Bimpe chose Omowunmi Dada as the godmother of their triplets and Ibrahim Yekini as the godfather. Omowunmi shared the news on her Instagram story, including clips from the naming.
Following the naming ceremony, Lateef and Bimpe released a statement announcing their triplets’ names: Rahman, Raheem, and Rakeeb. He announced that in July, a big celebration and Thanksgiving party will be held for everyone to witness God’s goodness.
Speaking out, Lateef wrote a heartfelt note to the public, noting how the love has been loud, beautiful and overwhelming. Lateef added that so much genuine love and prayers have surrounded them, and he appreciated them for celebrating his triplets.
Reflecting on his newfound life, he revealed that the past weeks had changed him forever. He said he has held greatness in his arms three times over, adding that watching his wife become a mother and himself become a father is a feeling that he can’t put into words.
Lateef had reacted to a strong warning from a man, who advised him to stop allowing people to carry his babies, as they aren’t museum items to be touched. The actor appreciated his words, letting him know that he had taken his advice.
The birth of their triplets is undoubtedly a good news as the couple have been bullied for not having a child.
