Controversial street singer Portable has melted hearts with a video of him and his wife at their son’s naming ceremony.
The couple held the naming ceremony of their third son, Fijabi at his Odogwu bar on Saturday, May 9th, in the presence of Lanre Teriba, family, friends and supporters.
In a clip making the rounds, the Zazzu singer was captured happily raining bundles of cash on his wife, who sat unimpressed by his performance.
The singer revealed at the ceremony that he named his son Fijabi because he was born when he was fighting Carter.
Kemi Filani reported on Friday, last week, that his wife announced the birth of their third child, a baby boy named Temilorun.
The same day he welcomed his child, he was defeated in a boxing match with Skitmaker, Cater Efe. Following his win, he received N50 million from businessman E-Money and other perks, which included a German visa.
Following the birth of his son, Portable shared photos of himself and his newborn, revealing the baby’s name. He stated that every disappointment is a blessing and congratulated his family on the new addition. Expressing gratitude to his wife, he said he appreciated her.
A day ago, Portable announced his plans to give out free Asoebis for his son’s naming ceremony.
Recently, he released a love song for Bewaji, promising that he would never leave her for another, as he noted how girls were flocking to his side.
It seems like the song is an apology to his wife for allegedly welcoming another child with his manager. According to reports circulating online, a manager at his Odogwu bar has given birth to a bouncing baby boy for him.
Portable is currently married to Bewaji, who has three kids with him. The singer also has four kids with three women. His first baby mama is unknown; his second is Keji, and his third is actress Ashabi, who has two kids for him.
In January, the singer threw shots at the women in his life as he showed off his new car. Portable said he would rather use the money that he spends on them, which they don’t appreciate, to buy himself a new car.
The street singer called out his wife for her lack of love and support for him. He said he loves to have only one wife, but his wife, doesn’t check up on him or care about him, hence his multitude of baby mamas and side chicks.
Following his fight with Ashabi, Portable passionately appealed to Bewaji, stating that he was fully back with her, and the jazz Ashabi had used for him was no longer in effect. He declared that she is his legal wife and he can’t marry any other lady.
In another post, Portable said Bewaji is the only one praying for him. He begged her to value him, comparing her to his wife.
