Blake Lively’s legal battle with Justin Baldoni is continuing after a judge dismissed several claims in her lawsuit, and sources say the case is beginning to affect nearly every part of her life.

Lively is still expected to head to trial against Baldoni on May 18 in New York after Judge Lewis Liman dismissed 10 of the 13 allegations she originally filed. Three claims remain, including breach of contract, retaliation and aiding and abetting retaliation.

Despite the setback, people close to the actress say she has no plans to back down.

“People around Blake are begging her to settle,” a source told Rob Shuter. “This is not the win she thinks it is.”

The insider added that those close to Lively believe her case is now “weaker now” and “not stronger” after the ruling.

Another source said Lively sees the dispute as “something bigger,” describing it as “a fight about ‘digital violence’ and speaking out.”

The ongoing case is also reportedly taking a toll on Ryan Reynolds, who has publicly supported his wife throughout the dispute.

“Even he’s starting to wobble,” the source said, adding that the legal fight has affected “everything from their image, careers, and relationships.”

Lively rose to fame on Gossip Girl and later starred in The Age of Adaline and It Ends With Us.
