The Zamfara chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has welcomed Sen. Kabiru Marafa and his supporters into the party.

This is contained in a statement by the chapter’s Publicity Secretary, Abdulkarim Umar, in Gusau on Thursday.

He said Sen. Marafa’s experience and dedication were expected to enrich the party’s mission and vision in the state and country as a whole.

Umar added that the party welcomes supporters from across the state, affirming citizens’ confidence in ADC’s ideologies.

“The inclusive approach of ADC assures fairness and equal opportunity for all members, both new and existing.

“The decision of Sen. Marafa to defect seems to be a major boost to ADC’s strength and vision in Zamfara,” he noted. (NAN)(www.nannews.ng)
