Shia LaBeouf is facing new legal conditions following his recent arrest in New Orleans.

The actor, 39, was taken into custody on Feb. 17 after an alleged altercation at a French Quarter bar during Mardi Gras celebrations. He was initially released without posting bail, but that changed after a court hearing on Feb. 26.

Judge Simone Levine ordered LaBeouf to post a $100,000 bond and enroll in substance abuse treatment. He must also participate in regular drug testing as part of the terms of his release.

According to reports from the courtroom, the judge noted that certain allegations were not fully reflected in the record at the time of his initial release.

LaBeouf has since posted bond and remains out of custody under the updated conditions.

One of the alleged victims claimed the confrontation began inside the bar before moving outside, where tensions escalated. A police report stated that one individual was struck in the face and suffered an injury to his nose.

Following the incident, authorities transported LaBeouf to a local hospital before booking him.

The case remains ongoing. Representatives for the actor have not publicly commented on the latest court ruling.
