Huda Mustafa has broken her silence after a judge granted a temporary restraining order against her following allegations made by Nicole Olivera.
In court filings submitted in Los Angeles, Olivera claimed that Mustafa made a series of threats and showed up at her residence, leaving her fearful for her safety and the safety of her child. She alleged that Mustafa traveled to confront her, sent repeated messages over several hours, and later appeared at her apartment building, where she threatened to knock on doors.
Olivera also claimed that Mustafa made alarming statements about harming herself and directed threats toward others during the alleged exchanges. The text messages leaked, allegedly, show the reality star swearing that she would end her life if her boyfriend, Netflix star Louis Russell, did not come out of the building to greet her.
A judge granted a request for a temporary restraining order, requiring Mustafa to remain at least 100 yards away from Olivera, her son, and their home, and prohibiting any contact.
Mustafa denied the allegations in a statement shared on Instagram.
“I’m aware of what’s being said and it’s not true,” she wrote. “I’m handling everything the right way by letting legal take care of it.”
She added, “I appreciate everyone who continues to support me.”
Oliveria issued a statement to TMZ.
She called the incident an “extremely unfortunate situation for everyone involved,” and says she just wants Mustafa to move on with her life and leave her in peace. “I never wanted my son in the public eye, especially involved in anything negative,” she added.
