Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have finalized their divorce, reaching an agreement that outlines how they will move forward as co-parents.
According to court documents signed March 24, the former couple will share joint legal and physical custody of their two children.
The agreement requires them to stay in communication and make decisions together regarding their children’s “health, education and general welfare.”
If disagreements arise, Kandi will have the final say on non-emergency healthcare and education, while Todd will decide on new extracurricular activities.
The filing also states both parents must obtain written consent before involving their children in “filmed content, media projects, commercial opportunities, brand partnerships, creative productions, or other public-facing activities.”
The agreement also states that Todd will receive a lump-sum payment of $426,000, far less than the $2 million previously reported. Kandi will remain in their home, and Todd has agreed to vacate within 15 days.
Kandi will get to hold onto her 2022 Bentley SUV, Cadillac Escalade, Ford F-250, Porsche Cayenne SUV, and a 1963 Chevrolet Camaro, while Todd will walk away with a 2020 Mercedes G-Wagon, 2020 Porsche 911, 2023 Range Rover, 1973 Ford Bronco, 1963 Lincoln, and a Ford Transit Van.
No child support or spousal support has been awarded.
Kandi first confirmed the split in November 2025 after 11 years of marriage.
“After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce,” she said at the time. “My focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect.”
She added, “I’m stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family, and my own growth.”
Earlier this year, Kandi spoke about the turning point in the relationship. “It happened in July,” she said. “Oh, yeah. No, I can’t do this no more.”
Despite the split, she said, “We’re co-parenting.”
