Media Take Out has obtained a rare, “pre-fame” photo of Hollywood’s newest “It Girl,” Chase Infiniti, and let’s just say… the transformation is giving us some serious questions!
Chase is currently being hailed as one of the most stunning women in the world following her breakout, Oscar-winning performance opposite Leonardo DiCaprio.
But while the world is obsessed with her “perfect” features, we managed to get our hands on a throwback photo of Chase from when she was just 18 years old, posing with her mom, Kim, her dad, Keith, and her younger sister, Dolcé.
Chase has always been open about being biracial—her father is Black and her mother is White—but looking at this family portrait, it’s clear she didn’t always have the “supermodel” aesthetic she’s rocking on the red carpet today.
The “Family Face”: Dad’s Nose & Mom’s Lips?
In the throwback pic, Chase looks like a typical, cute teenager from Indianapolis. But if you look closely, you can see where she allegedly decided to make some “upgrades.”
Back then, Chase clearly took after her father, Keith. She had a much broader nose that fit her face perfectly at the time. However, if you look at her 2026 Oscar photos, that nose has been significantly narrowed and refined. It’s a classic “Hollywood nose job” if we’ve ever seen one!
But that’s not all. In the photo with her mom, Kim, it’s obvious that Chase inherited her mother’s naturally thin lips. Fast forward to today, and Chase is rocking a pout that would make a Kardashian jealous.
“She definitely had a surgical plumping procedure,” our insider whispered. “The fillers or the lift gave her that ‘full’ look that she just didn’t have as a teen. She went from having her mom’s smile to having a total bombshell pout.”
The Result: A High-End Transformation
While some fans might be disappointed to learn that her “god-given” beauty had a little help from a surgeon’s scalpel, we have to keep it real—the results are incredible. Whoever did the work on Chase’s nose and lips deserves an Oscar of their own!
She managed to keep her “racially ambiguous” charm while sharpening her features to fit the “leading lady” mold that Hollywood demands. Whether it’s the sharper jawline or the refined tip of her nose, Chase’s “new face” is clearly working for her career.

It’s crazy to see the difference between the girl in the construction-family photo and the woman currently wearing custom Schiaparelli at the Golden Globes. Chase has always been talented, but this visual “glow-up” definitely helped her stand out in a sea of rising stars.
