50 Cent is responding to recent comments from Usher about Sean “Diddy” Combs, offering his own hilarious take.
The rapper shared a post referencing Usher’s interview, writing, “Usher like [wide-eyed emoji] I don’t want people to know what he did to my a–. I’m a grown man now my a– is off limits. LOL.”
Usher’s original remarks came during a conversation about Diddy’s impact in the music industry.
“In many ways, I think certain people are prosecuted and maybe not recognized for the greatness that they offer,” he said. “I don’t have anything negative to say about Sean Combs because my experience was not what the world has seen.”
He added that his relationship with Diddy was shaped early in his career, and acknowledged that the disgraced music mogul had a major impact on his own career.
Usher’s camp recently addressed reports that he got into a heated exchange with his former protege Justin Bieber at Beyonce’s Oscars after-party. Despite pictures showing the pair having a tense standoff, Usher’s team played down the incident.
“I spoke to Usher, and he said, ‘This is an exaggeration of the conversation,’” Da Brat said earlier this week. “He’s been nothing but supportive of plenty of issues that Justin Bieber has had throughout the years and y’all can actually check the records for all that, he has been.”
“Justin is on his own journey, dealing with his own reality that he’s created,” she continued. “Usher wishes him nothing but the best, and they have no hostility towards each other.”
She says the image was taken out of context.
