GloRilla is responding to her sister’s claims that she has failed to support her family.
The rapper posted a screenshot on her Instagram Stories showing what she described as texts from her mother, saved on her phone as “Ma Nem”. In the message, her mother thanked her repeatedly for helping out.
“Thank you so very very much!!!” the text read. “Really didn’t want to ask because you already do so much for us. I thank you so very much for all that you do. I don’t take it for granted at all!”
The gratitude continued in a second message. “I really do love and appreciate you so very much!” her mother wrote. “God bless you for your honor, respect, kindness, and love shown to me! You’re such a blessing to me.”
The post comes days after Victoria Woods aka Scar Face, accused her famous sibling of ignoring the family and leaving their mother without support. In a series of social media posts, Victoria claimed their mom was still working at FedEx and alleged she had personally stepped in to help cover major expenses.
“Yeah, I called this h*e. I called this h*e. I’m like, Gloria, can you f–k with me? I text her, ask her, can you f–k with me and give me some bread? When I lost my job and s–t. This motherf–king s–t, so she ain’t respond. She ain’t respond.”

GloRilla did not add commentary to the screenshot which painted a very different picture of the situation than what her sister described.
As of now, GloRilla has not issued a formal statement beyond the post, and no other relatives have spoken publicly.
